Senior Integration Specialist/Architect
Are you ready to shape how businesses connect and grow? Staria is hiring a Senior Integration Specialist/Architect in Finland, Sweden, Czechia and Norway!
At Staria, you’ll join a team of top ERP professionals and a leading NetSuite partner, trusted by growth companies worldwide. As our Senior Integration Specialist, you’ll collaborate across borders to design and deliver seamless solutions that truly matter for our clients. If you’re passionate about solving complex integration challenges and want your expertise to make a real impact, we’d love to welcome you to our growing team!
Journey that awaits you
We’re expanding our ERP team and looking for an experienced, hands-on Integration Specialist to help our clients’ systems work together seamlessly. In this senior technical role, you’ll have the chance to shape how integrations are designed and delivered across ERP platforms, iPaaS solutions (like Celigo, Frends, or similar), and a variety of business applications - making a real impact on our clients’ daily operations and future growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with our ERP Services team and directly with clients, becoming a trusted expert who guides integration projects from initial analysis to successful implementation. Your work will be both hands-on and strategic, balancing technical leadership with practical delivery.
In practice, you will:
Collaborate proactively with sales and pre-sales: Provide technical expertise during client engagements, and ensure integration offerings align with customer needs and business objectives.
Map out the big picture: Analyze our client’s business processes and system landscape. You’ll uncover how different platforms interact, gather details on schedules and data volumes, and define what’s in scope for each integration, including advanced logic like batching, event triggers, and error recovery.
Design smart solutions: Lead integration architecture and planning, select technologies, and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
Risk Mitigation: Identify vendor or in-house built risk solutions for onboarding journeys and driving integration with product and tech teams.
Deliver integrations hands-on: Build, configure, and test system connections. You’ll optimize integrations for performance, guide others, and share your expertise along the way.
Document and empower: Create clear documentation and provide hands-on training to internal team members, equipping them to carry out integrations confidently and consistently according to best practices.
Support and troubleshoot: Step in when needed to resolve complex integration issues and maintain evolving connections.
Shape the future: Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies and best practices, and help shape Staria’s overall integration architecture and strategy.
Our hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds. You are invited to enjoy our offices while also having the flexibility to work remotely. For this position, we’re hiring in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Czechia.
