Sales Operations & Excellence Manager
Are you ready to shape how sales works at a company that’s scaling across Europe? Do you enjoy building processes, making things run smoother, and working closely with both sales teams and senior leadership? Maybe you’re the person who spots bottlenecks before anyone else, loves seeing ideas come to life, and gets energy from driving change.
If you’re nodding along, keep reading.
The journey that awaits you
At Staria, we help growth companies succeed with top-notch digital solutions and services. Our expertise covers CFO office services, global accounting, BI & planning, ERP consultancy, and ERP implementation. We operate in several markets, have a local presence in 7 countries, and support customers throughout Europe.
Now, we’re looking for a Sales Operations & Excellence Manager to take on a new, key role. You’ll have the freedom to build, lead, and continuously improve our sales processes, systems, and ways of working. You’ll be a key partner to the CXO, working closely with Sales Country Managers, Head of Account Management, and business units to enable a streamlined, customer-centric sales process. The defined sales process will support our current sales and operations as well as prepare us for further expansion in new markets.
Our welcoming offices are in Östermalm, Stockholm and in the city center of Helsinki. Our preference is to find a candidate based in Stockholm or Helsinki, as regular weekly office presence helps us maintain smooth collaboration and a strong team spirit. However, we offer flexible remote work practices, and for the right candidate, the position can also be based in any of our localizations.
In this role, you’ll report to our Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and belong to the Sales Excellence team, which includes Bid Managers and Pre-sales Consultants.
What you’ll do
• Sales Process Development: Finalize, develop, and implement our new sales process, including communication of offers, deal management, clarification of responsibilities, handover points, and dependencies between sales and other internal teams.
• Sales Enablement: Make sure our sales organization and business units are equipped to operate effectively within new processes.
• Lead & Facilitate Sales Support Function: Lead and facilitate the Sales Support function, driving ad-hoc improvements and gathering valuable input on what works, what doesn’t, and identifying bottlenecks.
• CRM & Systems Leadership: Lead the development and optimization of Hubspot CRM and supporting tools (document management, estimate calculators, customer agreements), ensuring they facilitate sales activities and data quality without adding unnecessary admin.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting to support business decisions.
• Change Management: Drive change initiatives, collaborating with Sales Country Managers, Head of Account Management, and delivery units to align processes and gather feedback.
• Organization Leadership: Take a leading role in our Experience organization — which covers sales, account management, and marketing — and be an active member of the unit’s own leadership team.
• Training and Enablement: Plan and execute workshops and training sessions for Sales Country Managers and sales teams.
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in sales operations, process design, or management consulting, ideally within professional services or B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, sales support functions, and change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and sales enablement tools; ability to lead system development and testing (no coding required).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work closely with senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
• A customer-centric mindset with a solid grasp of customer needs and the buyer journey. Experience with the finance function or CFO office solutions is highly valued but not required.
• Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Experience working in an international organization and/or a fast-growing environment is considered a strong asset. Similarly, experience as a management or process consultant advising companies on ways of working is a plus, but neither is required.
