At Staria, we have crafted a new and exciting role that redefines our approach to customer engagement and service delivery. We are on the lookout for a Senior Advisor to maintain and expand our client relationships by integrating Staria's full suite of services and solutions into each client's unique business context.
As a Senior Advisor at Staria, your role will be multifaceted and pivotal to our operations. This is a new position, offering you the unique opportunity to shape your role based on your strengths and expertise. Your responsibilities will be divided into three main areas:
Account management: Oversee and nurture relationships with Staria's largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Senior advisory consulting: Providing expert advice and guidance and engaging in high-level consulting projects, such as M&A integrations, strategic financial planning, interim CFO roles, finance process design, change management, management/reporting system redesigns.
Business development: Focus on networking, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to acquire new client accounts.
In practice, you will:
- Engage directly with C-level executives to discuss the value and synergies of Staria’s comprehensive offerings, tailoring solutions to each customer’s unique needs.
- Systematically connecting with selected existing client accounts to build strong partnerships and seek additional sales opportunities, focusing on both upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate closely with Staria’s Service Lines’ Directors to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Influence pricing strategies and commercialize customer cases to maximize lifetime value.
- Provide advisory and consulting services to both current customers and potential new clients.
- Participate in a variety of local and international networking events.
- Support within sales cases as the Senior Advisor bringing an expert insight and understanding to the customer discussions.
We are seeking a candidate based in Stockholm area. Our hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds. You are invited to enjoy our cozy office located in Östermalm, while also having the flexibility to work remotely. Since most of our clients are located in the capital region, we do expect weekly availability in Stockholm for essential in-person interactions.
Your remuneration will consist of a base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus.

Keys to success in this role:
- 10+ years of CFO or similar business/finance consulting background.
- Understanding of ERP & BI & Planning implementations and finance processes on high-level. Capability to have meaningful discussions and give consultation on the C-level.
- Experience in working in international organizations operating in Europe, preferably in the Nordics.
- Experience in working with PE/VC companies, either as a CFO for a PE funded company or having a network within the community.
- Fluency in English. Swedish skills are considered an advantage.
- Great networking and interaction skills, customer-oriented approach, and sales mindset.
- Willingness to be hands-on with tasks such as creating presentations, drafting proposals, and preparing client board papers and records.
- In addition, we consider it an advantage if you have experience in managing software projects, such as ERP implementation.
