About the position
In this position, you will get the opportunity to:
- Work as an independent payroll specialist at exciting growth companies
- Communicate with external customers and partners
- Provide payroll services and take care of the whole payroll process for multiple client companies
- Create data entries, conduct payroll calculations, and make payments
- Take care of statutory and client-specific reporting duties
- Support and consult our clients in complex payroll issues and delivering excellent customer service
What key attributes will contribute to your success in this role?
For this position, we are looking to hire someone who is located in Stavanger or Oslo. To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
- Experience in managing the whole payroll process.
- Knowledge of Norwegian legal requirements regarding employment, holidays, working time, pension and tax
- Fluent communication skills in English and Norwegian language. Other language skills are considered as a plus.
- Good communication and interaction skills as you will be working closely with your team and clients.
- Proactive working style, interest in working in a consultant role and an international and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
