We were founded in Finland in 2003 and we are fully owned by our employees and Vaaka Partners. Our broad service portfolio within Finance and Netsuite ERP enables international growth companies to efficiently expand their businesses to new markets. Staria is the only company in Europe that can offer international accounting and enterprise resource planning services to over 40 countries through one assigned team. Today, we are over 350 colleagues across 6 countries and 12 offices - and growing!

Our Sales team is growing!
To boost our growth even more, we are opening a bunch of new roles to our Sales team. Whether you are someone who already has extensive experience in Services or Solution sales or someone at an earlier phase of your career with ambition to grow into a more senior Sales role, we'd be interested in hearing from you! You will join Staria’s growth journey and be part of enabling our next growth leap and beyond.
We are looking for team members to both Finland and Sweden to following roles:
Senior Sales Executive (Services/Solutions):
If you are an experienced sales professional with deep expertise in selling modern services or cutting edge enterprise solutions, this might be your next career move. You have a high ambition and feel at home when convincing C-level representatives on our offering. You feel at home when driving the sales process all the way from prospecting to closing and like to keep your hands dirty all the way. Our customers, who typically live and breathe growth, benefit from your strong vision and ability to connect the dots when building the best possible offering for them. If you have previous experience in convincing CFO's in commercial discussions, we’d be even more thrilled.
Sales Executive (Services/Solutions)
If you feel that you already have some valid experience in sales but would still like to learn and develop your skills through collaborating with the more seasoned team members in those bigger deals, we'd like to hear from you as well. You will be leading the sales process as a Sales Executive in more straightforward cases and also get the chance to co-create magical results in our bigger deals.
Business Development Representative
If you get motivated by researching the potential market, building our pipeline and having initial contact with our prospective customers, you are someone we're looking for! Our sales team does lead generation as well, but with our rocketing growth targets, we could use some support here as well. You can be someone at an earlier phase of their career but with high drive to accomplish and make things happen. We are looking for someone who is courageous to take ownership and pick up the phone and someone immensely curious mind, who is motivated by finding the next potential customer success stories.
All the new joiners will join forces with our amazing team of roughly 20 sales and marketing superstars. We work in a hybrid mode though most of us are located in Finland, Sweden and Czech Republic. We are a group of passionate professionals who value team work above all and a group with whom you'll surely have a laugh or two, or three…every day.
You'll be also working closely with our business units to make sure we position ourselves successfully in our target markets and together make a difference both in Staria’s business and in enabling remarkable growth stories for our customers.
