We are looking for Service Manager to join our growth story!
Staria is growing and we're looking for a new Service Manager to join us and take care of new customers while growing a team of accounting professionals. We are working flexibly in a hybrid model.
This is a great opportunity to have an impact and support growth companies' scaling accounting practices and processes. In this role you are supported by and reporting to Service Director.
In this role you will be:
- Leading a diverse team of Accounting Advisors. You are taking responsibility over your team members’ career growth and development, interviews of new team members and creation of positive atmosphere while leading with Staria values.
- Taking responsibility over customer satisfaction, profitability and facilitating and supporting excellent cooperation between Staria’s and Customer’s teams.
- Driving excellent Customer experience for named customers: customer roadmap development, upselling, pro-actively seeking for additional solutions for the customers, organising and facilitating customer governance model including service level monitoring and reporting.
- Guiding team members in accounting matters and customer work.
- Taking care of operative responsibilities such as team’s holiday planning, workload management, hour tracking, and more.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Solid understanding from medium to large companies' accounting practices.
- Some previous international experience as we are working with international customers and providing global accounting services.
- Experience from leading a team and motivated to enable people growth!
- Fluent English and Swedish language skills
